Munich design studio worked with rohi designers on exclusive SOUL fabric for Thonet’s new Lounge Chair 808.
Munich design studio Formstelle has developed with its programme 808 a Lounge Chair, combining maximum comfort with numerous possibilities of individualisation. Thonet is featuring the Lounge Chair with rohi’s SOUL fabric at the imm cologne 2015!
The soft inside with its relaxed pillow-like look creates a playful contrast to the outer shell. To achieve a maximum of comfort, Thonet and Formstelle tested various material combinations, resulting in a balanced mix.
rohi designers worked closely with Formstelle to create SOUL in an exclusive colour scheme for the 808. Made in Germany, SOUL is available in thirteen different colours, woven in premium new wool yarn and multi dimensional honeycombed structure.
