Refurbishment of a listed building: originally built as a farmhouse in 1900 as part of the then mayor’s estate, this listed structure has been converted into a modern office and commercial building.
A new spin on historic elements: just how progressive the building was, even at the time of its construction, is evident from an old cistern – now tipped on its side, cushioned with premium rohi textiles, and repurposed into a comfortable sofa.
